The G Family | NYC Family Photographer

Mrs. G emailed me to schedule a family session to get some great photos for Christmas cards. They knew they wanted the location to be SoHo, and we picked a date a few weeks in advance. The end of autumn tends to be a little hectic on my end because wedding season is wrapping up, and until a few days before the shoot I didn’t realize that we’d scheduled it for a day that might prove trickier than other days of the year: Black Friday!

DUN, DUN, DUNNNNNN!

Never to be deterred – not even by massive bustling crowds! – we wandered around SoHo looking for pretty backdrops that might somehow disguise the fact that we were surrounded by a bazillion people.

Seriously, is this not one of the most photogenic families you’ve ever seen? Good work, genetics!
